Body Balancing is gentle and flowing movement, mobilizing the body to release restrictions and tension within connective tissues. This is an active session. The client will remain fully clothed. Suggested attire: loose-fitting, comfortable active wear. Goals: releasing tension and increasing range of motion in specific areas.
